bravovaclaims.com is an educational and preparatory tool for VA disability claims. It organizes evidence, identifies topics for discussion with an accredited VSO, and prepares documentation packages. It does NOT represent you, file claims on your behalf, or constitute legal advice.
2. What this service is not
This site is not a licensed legal service, a VA-accredited representative, or a claims preparation company within the meaning of 38 U.S.C. § 5901. Only VA-accredited attorneys, claims agents, and VSOs may assist with claims for compensation. Your accredited representative performs the filing.
3. Permanent free access
Core claims preparation features are permanently free under VSTAGP and 38 CFR Part 80. No fees, subscriptions, or payment of any kind is required or accepted for these features.
4. Accuracy and limitations
Information on this site is educational only. VA law, regulations, and procedures change. Always verify current requirements with an accredited VSO, attorney, or at VA.gov. This site does not make eligibility determinations, ratings, or legal decisions.
5. Crisis resources
